EFT for Golf
Are you experiencing “the yips” that stop you from playing your best golf game?

As you are aware, the yips are every golfer’s worse nightmare.  Symptoms of the yips are slight jerks, twitches, tremors, pauses and anxiety prior to your shot/putt.  Some studies attribute at least 5.5 additional shots per round due to the yips.  It causes a lot of frustration, embarrassment, intense anxiety, increased self-consciousness and a spiraling down of your game.
The problems get worse if they are not properly dealt with.  Golfers often feel that they do not have control over the putt or swing.  Many golfers cannot clearly see what is happening and they turn to over-analyzing various technical aspects of their swing.  Sometimes the frustrations are so great that they quit the game.  I hope that will not be the case for you!

When you are experiencing a yip it is a sign of a disruption of your energy system.  This energy disruption can be caused by many things and it creates muscle tensions that disrupt the timing and execution of your swing/putt.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can provide a remarkably effective solution to these types of problems.  The purpose of EFT is to neutralize energy disruptions that cause the yips.  Sessions are done off the course by tapping on different acupuncture points while focusing your attention on the problems.
